IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s presented by Go Auto - Comox Valley

Comox Valley Walk is a pet-friendly Walk.
Parking: Free parking is available at Marina Park at the end of Port Augusta Street.
Walk route: It's a 2 km flat and accessible route looping Marina Park back to the staging area. Participants can walk according to the pace and distance they feel comfortable with. Route marshals along the route can provide assistance if needed.
About the Walk
The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, presented by Go Auto, is the Alzheimer Society of BC and Yukon's largest fundraising event, seeing participants in communities across the province walk together to raise funds and awareness and honour people affected by dementia. The Walk provides an opportunity for communities to take action to change the future for the more than 85,000 British Columbians living with dementia and the people who care for them.
Funds raised will help provide in-person and virtual programs, services and education for families on the dementia journey, providing the support they need to maintain the best possible quality of life throughout the progression of the disease, as well as enabling critical research to change the future of the disease. We couldn’t do this work without the generous efforts of our fundraisers and donors!
Join more than 2,000 fellow British Columbians on Sunday, May 31, 2026 to show people living with dementia, as well as their families and caregivers, they don’t have to walk the journey alone.
